Cosmic Coding Basics: Faith
As I mentioned at the end of the last post, an effective way to update your personal Cosmic Coding is to use faith, hope and love. These three fundamentals of the universe are tools to shape reality and foster deep self expression.
Faith is the act of believing that things will work out even in the face of constant uncertainty. We can’t be certain of things beyond scientific fact. Even in science we use language like “theory” and “educated guesses” to indicate that there’s more we could learn about the universe. Uncertainty, while uncomfortable, isn’t always bad. It’s a neutral force in reality that often leads to acts of courage and self expression. Taking time to listen to your intuition, learning as much as you can about a subject and acting in the best interest of yourself and your community are useful ways to combat uncertainty. This is what I mean when I talk about faith. Faith by its nature is the ability to face uncertainty and act authentically anyways.
Reflect on a time when you felt uncertain which step to take. What helped you move through that time? Was it researching the issue? Talking to friends and loved ones? Meditation and journaling? Activities that opened you up to the connectedness of the universe? Whatever it was, start to think and feel what that was like to make a choice when you weren’t sure but had to choose. That was an act of faith in yourself. That act rippled into your existence with a plethora of consequences of varying natures. If you want to incorporate more faith into your life, take time when faced with uncertainty to remember what helped last time and bet on yourself. Tap into the flow of the cosmos and find the ways you feel alive.
It’s through accessing flow and finding what makes you feel alive that you’ll update your cosmic code.
